Twisted times breed twisted sounds.

If you've been anywhere near underground dance floors over the past 20 years, chances are you've encountered Focus Puller, either in person as he graced the decks at clubs such as Fabric, or through the erudite record boxes of tastemakers such as Dave Clarke, Laurent Garnier and Alan Fitzpatrick.
Indeed, Alan himself saw fit to invite Focus Puller to be featured guest on We Are The Brave Radio in recent months, having enjoyed his uniquely uncompromising yet hypnotic and emotive style of crafting a set.

Now we arrive at the inaugural release on Focus Puller's own imprint, Staple Diet Recordings. Showcasing refreshing diversity, Demagogue EP is an off-kilter, defiant, yet strangely optimistic journal of living through turbulent times.

This EP was crafted through live jams using the Sequential Circuits/Dave Smith OB6 and Take 5, Erica Synths LXR-02, Roland TR-8S, Moog DFAM, Korg Minilogue XD and Moog Grandmother. The result is electronic music with an organic, human feel that embraces imperfection.

Music to nourish the soul and move the feet.
